DAILY’S PLACE TO WELCOME BACK COUNTRY STAR DIERKS BENTLEY
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Live Nation and Bold Events today announced that multi-platinum singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley and the “2018 Mountain High” tour will visit Daily’s Place on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. The amphitheater performance will also feature special guests Brothers Osborne and LANCO. Bentley’s self-titled debut album, which reached platinum status by the RIAA and was released in 2003, included the singles, "What Was I Thinkin'” and "How Am I Doin'.” To date, the Arizona native has scored 17 No. 1 singles and 13 Grammy nominations, including at least one stemming from each of his last six albums. Bentley has amassed more than one billion digital streams, countless additional nominations from the ACM, CMA and Billboard Music Awards and has been a Grand Ole Opry member for over a decade. His upcoming album, “The Mountain” (Capital Records Nashville) will be released on June 8 and features the lead single, “Woman, Amen.” Bentley is making a return to Daily’s Place after making his Jacksonville debut last summer.
Brothers Osborne, siblings from Deale, Md. recently won CMA “Vocal Duo of the Year” for the second year in a row in addition to “Music Video of the Year” for their Top 10, Grammy-nominated single “It Ain’t My Fault.” They also stand as the reigning ACM “Vocal Duo" and “New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year.” Brothers Osborne’s debut album “Pawn Shop” was released January 2016 and was recently certified Gold by the RIAA. Pawn Shop features three Grammy-nominated tracks including the platinum certified No. 1 smash hit “Stay A Little Longer” as well as Top 25 hit “21 Summer.”
Released in January of this year, “Hallelujah Nights” is LANCO's coming-of-age debut album that includes their platinum hit “Greatest Love Story” and its follow-up, anthemic single “Born To Love You.” They are now the only Country band to achieve a platinum single prior to a debut album release. Their self-titled debut EP, released in 2016, has gained more than 100 million streams.
Daily’s Place opened in May 2017 adjacent to EverBank Field, the home of the National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars. A partnership between the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville, the state-of-the-art facility’s 5,500-seat amphitheater and indoor practice facility welcomed more than 200,000 attendees to events and concerts in 2017. The new amphitheater has hosted performances by Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, Zac Brown Band, Diana Ross and Santana.
