BOLD EVENTS AND LIVE NATION ADD TWO MORE ACTS TO THE DAILY'S PLACE CALENDAR
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The concert calendar at Daily’s Place continues to fill up as Bold Events and Live Nation today announced details on two more shows heading to the amphitheater this summer.
On June 30 at 7 p.m., rock legends Poison will play Daily’s Place for the first time. The “Poison...Nothin’ But a Good Time 2018” tour will also feature Cheap Trick. Then on August 7 at 7 p.m., two of rock’s most notable live bands, 311 and The Offspring, will co-headline a stop on the “Never-Ending Summer Tour.” Tickets for both shows will go on sale to the general public at www.dailysplace.com beginning on Friday, April 13 at 10 a.m. Jags365 and Daily’s Rewards Members will have access to presale tickets beginning Thursday, April 12 at 10 a.m.
Poison is known around the world for their high energy, big hits and live show performance and is one of America’s legendary rock bands. They have sold over 40 million albums and DVDs worldwide and more than 15 million records in the U.S. alone. Their six Top-10 singles include "Nothin’ But A Good Time," "Talk Dirty To Me," "Unskinny Bop," and "Something To Believe In,” as well as the no. 1 smash hit, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”
Since the ‘70s, Cheap Trick has been blending elements of pop, punk and metal. With timeless classics such as “I Want You to Want Me” and “Surrender,” Cheap Trick are a musical institution. The Offspring have performed over 1,100 shows across the globe and sold more than 40 million albums worldwide. Daily’s Place opened in May 2017 adjacent to EverBank Field, the home of the National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars. A partnership between the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville, the state-of-the-art facility’s 5,500-seat amphitheater and indoor practice facility welcomed more than 200,000 attendees to events and concerts in 2017. The new amphitheater has hosted performances by Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, Zac Brown Band, Diana Ross and Santana.
