BASTILLE TO MAKE DAILY’S PLACE DEBUT

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.– Live Nation and Bold Events today announced that Bastille will bring their fall North American tour to Daily’s Place on Saturday, October 26 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning on Friday, May 17 at 10 a.m. Jags365 and Daily’s Rewards members will have access to presale tickets between Monday, May 13 at 10 a.m. and Thursday, May 16 at 10 p.m.  For complete ticket information, including all presales and ticket prices, please click here. 

Bastille, a British band led by Dan Smith, alongside Kyle Simmons, Will Farquarson and Chris “Woody” Wood are set to release their new album “Doom Days” on June 14. The lead single for “Doom Days” is “Joy,” which was shared for the first time today. Hailed by “Rolling Stone” as “Britpop’s new crown princes,” Bastille has sold over eight million adjusted albums and amassed more than 6.5 billion cumulative streams globally. The band was introduced internationally with the single “Pompeii,” which is now six times platinum in the United States. Since its grand opening in May 2017, Daily’s Place has become the leading destination for live entertainment and events in Northeast Florida.  Adjacent to TIAA Bank Field, the home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, the state-of-the-art venue encompasses a 5,500-seat covered amphitheater and flex field, which serves as both an indoor team practice facility and public event space. A partnership between the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville, Daily’s Place has hosted nearly 320,000 music fans at more than 60 shows to date, including performances by Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, Sting and Shaggy, Kenny Chesney, Post Malone and Santana.  Daily’s Place has also welcomed an additional 115,000 guests for non-musical events in the amphitheater and flex field, such as Florida-Georgia and TaxSlayer Gator Bowl festivities and Jaguars games.
